Pizza Margherita

I've been on a pizza kick lately.  They are so easy on the grill!  I made this pizza twice this week, once on the grill and once in the oven.  Both times I used a $.99 Trader Joe's whole wheat pizza dough for convenience.  I look forward to when things slow down a bit and I can do more cooking and trying out some homemade pizza crusts!

pizza dough rolled out fairly thin
Heidi's Five Minute sauce, here
Fresh mozarella cheese, about half a pound
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
shredded basil

If using a grill, preheat to medium high.  Oil the grates and place pizza dough on grill, cover for 2 minutes.  Flip dough, put on tomato sauce and fresh mozarella cheese, cover and wait till cheese is melted 2-4 minutes.  Remove pizza from grill, add parmesan cheese and shredded basil.

If you are making the pizza in the oven preheat oven and baking stone to highest temperature (about 500).  Assemble pizza dough with the sauce and mozarella cheese.  Slide pizza onto stone and bake 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted.  Remove from oven, add parmesan cheese and shredded basil.
